SHIPPING
Items from our store will be fulfilled from Brazil .Orders will be shipped out within 1 to 3 days after the order is placed（ excluding pre-sale orders.）. Standard courier services are used for transportation, but if you have a specific courier in mind, please let us know before the order is shipped.
Shipping cost
Currently, all products enjoy free shipping. However, if a particular state is in a remote area, an additional remote area surcharge may apply.
DUTIES + TAX
All products are shipped directly from our local warehouse in Brazil. Therefore, all applicable taxes and import duties have already been paid by us. You will not be charged any additional customs duties or import taxes upon receiving your item.

Invoice: If you need a local Brazilian invoice (NF-e), please contact store@bigme.vip.
Note: Customs duties for special offer items (such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals) and pre-order items are non-refundable.
WARRANTY
All products purchased from our store include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering hardware defects. The warranty begins on the date you receive your item.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning any product. Claims must be documented with this RMA number.
Please note that all shipping and customs charges associated with the warranty repair, in both directions (to and from our service center), are the responsibility of the customer.
